You have probably heard of "Chinatown" or "German Village". Ethnic groups and people of common interests often live near similar folks. Chinese immigrants tend to live near other Chinese immigrants. Mexican immigrants tend to live near other Mexican or Latino immigrants. Living in close proximity, these folks can more closely hold and continue their culture beliefs.

There is a strange culture of rituals exhibited by independent (*indy) wrestlers. We have all seen the in-ring antics of the over-sized men in tights. We see them have 'adult relations' with dummies. We see them kidnap attractive females. We see them hit each other with sledgehammers and cars. As it so happens, we found a cluster of indy wrestlers living in a rural Ohio town known as Faberville. Consider Faberville the Chinatown of the pro wrestling world.

We are documenting their culture and displaying it here on the Internet for your viewing pleasure. FABERVILLE is a series of short films devoted to the culture of indy wrestlers.

We will show you the day-to-day struggles indy wrestlers encounter. We will do our best to show you what these strange people are REALLY like.
